The 20th anniversary edition of the annual UK festival for new and emerging music takes place across Brighton between 13 and 16 May. On the opening night we'll be at The Green Door Store to present a lineup bookened by two of Atlanta, Georgia's next gen artists.

A truly generational talent, Arima Ederra's second album A Rush To Nowhere showcases a bigger and more intricate sonic architecture for heartfelt meditations, with lyrics that unfurl into an allegory about time and all that it gives and transforms.

Sword II began their journey playing DIY and experimental shows across the state of Georgia and made their debut record in an Atlanta basement studio a few houses down from where The Dungeon Family and Outkast first recorded.

Pollyfromthedirt

Darlington-born experimental-pop outsider Pollyfromthedirt takes his name from his mum, Polly, and his hometown’s affectionate nickname, The Dirt. You can read about journey, Northern pragmatism, and dry humour in our recent profile. His music takes aim at British culture while reflecting suburban life with affection, irony, and bite.

Sean Trelford

From the UK and barely out of his teens, DIY indie songwriter sean trelford’s raw, personal songwriting allies him to the greats - from Mahler and ELO to Radiohead and Tame Impala. Making music from his bedroom studio in Ely, we first saw him light up the stage playing at Best Fit's Five Day Forecast back in January this year.

Completing the lineup is enigmatic Cambridgeshire duo The Healing Power of Horses whose lo-fi sound treads the gossamer membrane of shoegaze; they released debut EP, tape, in January last year.
