Bonnaroo Announces 2026 Dates, Details Camping and Festival Site Changes

Bonnaroo will return to The Farm on June 11th – June 14th, 2026.

The new dates follow 2025’s abruptly-cancelled edition due to extreme weather and significant flooding; it was the Tennessee festival’s third cancellation in five years (one of which was due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020). In response to this year’s suspension, Bonnaroo provided full refunds to attendees and declined to set future dates, instead offering fans a survey to voice their opinions on whether the festival should remain in its usual June window and its location at Great Stage Park in Manchester.

Now, the festival has confirmed that they will be continuing to honor both the four-day festival schedule from June 11th-14th and its home in Manchester, but there are a few changes being made for the 2026 event to accommodate any extreme weather that may occur.

For starters, Bonnaroo will be scrapping the campsites located in areas most affected by flooding, resulting in a reduced-capacity (and more dancing room, they say). They will also be removing the Infinity Stage — which was a new feature this year — and replacing it with a revamped Where in the Woods UFO stage. Thursday activities in Centeroo will continue, though in a reduced capacity; the organizers have announced that the festival’s main stage will host “an epic welcome party” on Thursday, with the rest of the stages opening Friday through Sunday.

The organizers ensure that “the caliber of artists you expect from us will remain very similar to previous years,” and that after 2021’s weather-related cancellation combined with this year’s suspension, they’ve put a “multi-million-dollar” plan in place to improve the Bonnaroo experience and keep things running smoothly. Some of the projects coming include reseeding the property, continuing to increase access roads within the campgrounds, adding more drainage, and reinforcing primary water runoff pathways.

Regarding the choice of dates, here’s what Bonnaroo’s organizers had to say: “We appreciate your feedback on future Bonnaroo dates, and we heard you loud and clear that your strong preference is to keep Bonnaroo in June. Weather experts have confirmed that we saw record-setting rainfall this spring and early summer, making what we experienced extremely uncommon. All things considered, our traditional June time frame remains the most optimal time of year for Bonnaroo. ”
