As they approach the first anniversary of their thirteenth album, The Scholars, Car Seat Headrest have shared Live at the Bitter End, a stripped-down live set of songs from the record.
Live at the Bitter End first arrived as a surprise stream on Bandcamp, but the set is now available to watch in full on YouTube. The video captures five songs performed by the band at NYC club The Bitter End last February, their second show following a several-year concert hiatus. The performance sees them play "Equals", "Gethsemane", "Reality", "Planet Desperation", and "True / False Lover", each with an introduction from vocalist Will Toledo.
