Catherine O’Hara’s Cause of Death Confirmed by Medical Examiner

Catherine O’Hara died following a private battle with cancer, the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s office has revealed.

A certificate of death released Monday (via TMZ) listed a pulmonary embolism (blood clot in the lungs) as O’Hara’s immediate cause of death, with rectal cancer as the underlying cause
