Charley Crockett has announced Age of the Ram, his third album in the last 365 days. Co-produced by Shooter Jennings and Crockett himself, the 20-track LP is due out April 3rd. Pre-orders are going on now via the country singer’s website.

Age of the Ram completes Crockett’s epic The Sagebush Trilogy, which began with 2025’s Lonesome Drifter and Dollar a Day. As he writes on his Substack, Act I was about “the wanderer,” Act II was “the rustler,” and this concluding concept record focuses on “small-time cattle rustler” Billy McLane, “the outlaw. The kind that don’t set out to be a legend, but winds up one anyway.”
