Produced entirely by Pharrell Williams, Let God Sort Em Out marks the official return of the Thornton brothers following a 15-year hiatus. The album was recorded at the Louis Vuitton headquarters in Paris and features collaborations with Kendrick Lamar, Nas, Tyler, the Creator, The-Dream, John Legend, and Stove God Cooks. Artist KAWS created the album’s visual artwork.

The album’s lead single, “Chains & Whips” featuring Kendrick Lamar, was released Thursday evening ahead of the album drop. The track addresses themes of power, trauma, and cultural legacy. Lamar’s verse includes references to inequity and ongoing tensions with Drake.

Additional tracks include “Ace Trumpets,” emphasizing the duo’s lyrical interplay, and “The Birds Don’t Sing” featuring John Legend, which references the passing of the brothers’ parents.
