This summer, Alexandra Drewchin unleashes the new Eartheater album Heavenly Body: If I'm The Bottle You're The Message. So far we've heard "Nova" and "Paradise Rains," and now the experimental electronic star is back with the celestial single "Crown Jewel."
"I wrote this love song for my baby girl but I guess its subplot is about good posture," Drewchin explains. "I was very tall at a young age — taller than all the boys and sometimes taller than grown ups. My girl is probably going to be taller than me and I just want her to shine as bright as she can and not feel self conscious about it. One of my retorts when people would feel the need to remark on my height was ‘it’s like I’m in a penthouse in Dubai’ — hence the Dubai line."

Heavenly Body: If I'm The Bottle You're The Message is out 7/14 on Chemical X.
