Five Artists You Shouldn’t Sleep On at Day Trip Festival 2026

Soraya
Soraya might seem like one of the freshest faces on the Day Trip Festival lineup, but while her releases aren’t plentiful, her mastery behind the decks comes from years of dedication. She’s been a frequent face in EDM Identity’s seasonal mix series and has taken the stage at nightclubs and festivals across the US.
The two releases under Soraya’s belt, “Brain Delay” and “Danse de L’amour,” landed on Maccabi House and REALM Records, showcasing that some true tastemakers are already backing this fast-rising artist. Add in recent appearances at Coachella and EDC Las Vegas, along with an upcoming set at Experts Only Festival, and it’s clear she’s primed for the spotlight. Don’t miss your chance to catch Soraya before she blows up, she’s set to play the Deep End stage on Saturday.

WELKER
Craving some Brazilian flair at Day Trip Festival? Look no further than WELKER. This fast-rising artist burst onto the scene in 2025 and quickly stole the show with his dynamic releases that feature powerful grooves. His signature sound blurs the line between tech house and indie dance, with a dose of bass house for good measure, and regardless of genre, the results from his studio sessions are infectious tunes that make dancefloors move.
This year has seen WELKER trot around labels like Nu Moda, Helix Records, 1001 Recordings, Higher Ground, and Thrive Music. Additionally, he’s performed at festivals and clubs across the US, showcasing his soundscapes along the way. Now, he’s gearing up for an epic set at Day Trip Festival’s High Tide stage on Saturday, and you won’t want to miss him when he takes control of the decks.

wes pierce
If you need a dose of UK Garage while basking in the sun at Day Trip Festival, look no further than wes pierce. This Los Angeles-based DJ and producer has made a name for himself over the past few years by dropping off some absolute bangers on labels such as IN / ROTATION, Space Yacht, Dark Roast Records, and Primitive UK.
Although wes pierce has been quiet on the release front in 2026, he’s continued to churn and burn during his performances up and down the California coast. Expect a set that’s filled with some curated tunes and signature bumpin’ soundscapes when he takes the stage on Saturday at the Amphitheater stage. You won’t regret catching him play!

LUMI
Finnish DJ and producer LUMI has made her home in the US, and she’s been on quite the ride in the scene while taking some massive steps forward for her career. The past few years have seen this rising star grace labels like Octopus Recordings, Circus Recordings, Nervous Records, Kneaded Pains, and more, while also heading up her very own imprint, SKADI.
The house and techno soundscapes that LUMI brings to the scene continue to pump with plenty of dancefloor energy. She’s already dropped off “SWEAT” and “YOGA” in 2026 to keep the vibes high, and now she’s looking to return to Day Trip Festival for another dose of fun in the sun. If you’re looking for a proper set to move and groove to, don’t miss her when she plays the High Tide stage on Sunday.

HNTR
If you’ve been in the house music scene over the past few years, there’s no doubt that you’ve heard HNTR‘s massive hit remix of Cloonee’s “Stephanie,” yet there’s so much more to this Canadian DJ and producer. Whether he’s producing tech house or peak time techno, he’s found a way to deliver infectious grooves straight to your eardrums that force your feet to move. It’s no wonder that many of his tunes found a home on labels like Drumcode, Arcane Music, and Experts Only.
HNTR took control of the decks at the stereoBLOOM stage at EDC Las Vegas this year, and followed that up with multiple performances in his home country before continuing his tour in the States. The next stop ahead is in sunny Southern California, where he’ll spin some wicked tunes during Day Trip Festival at the Amphitheater, helping christen the new stage over the weekend.
