Fontaines D.C. confirm new album title ‘Dopamine Chamber’ in cryptic teaser

Fontaines D.C. have shared a cryptic new teaser that appears to reveal the title of their fifth album as ‘Dopamine Chamber’. Earlier today (August 16), they posted a 26-second video to their X account that shows a spinning blue planet transform into a throbbing blue iris, before the words “Dopamine Chamber” appear, followed by “2026”. The video is soundtracked by the unreleased track ‘Six Shot Morning’, one of two songs the band debuted during their first headline show of 2026 last week in Spain, while the post is captioned “D.c.”, in reference both to their own name and the new album’s presumed title.
