Geese’s Cameron Winter confirms work on new solo project, but progress has been “hard”

Now, he’s revealed that a new solo project is in the works – but that progress on it has been “hard”. During a new interview with Rolling Stone, Winter opened up about the process. “I used to write songs with interesting, difficult almost, chords in them, and now it’s like I-IV-V until the cows come home,” Winter said. “It’s actually getting worse and worse. It’s like the fucking rut is getting deeper and deeper, because then I do a ii chord, and I’m just like, ‘Ew.
