Foo Fighters Announce Symphonic Concert at the Hollywood Bowl

Foo Fighters have announced a special symphonic concert at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, where they’ll play alongside Gustavo Dudamel and the LA Philharmonic.

The concert will take place on August 22nd and will commemorate Dudamel’s 17th and final season as the music and artistic director of the LA Phil. Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl recently shared the stage with Dudamel at Coachella 2025, where he appeared as a guest during the festival’s second weekend to perform “Everlong” and “The Sky Is a Neighborhood.” The Hollywood Bowl concert will also take place in the midst of Foo Fighters’ “Take Cover” tour with Queens of the Stone Age; see the band’s tour dates below and get tickets here.

The Foo Fighters symphonic concert is one of several events announced for the Hollywood Bowl’s 2026 season. St. Vincent will also be performing a symphonic show with the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra on August 2nd. Other new performances announced include shows from Jon Batiste, Chance the Rapper, Bob Moses and Cannons, Blues Traveler with Gin Blossoms and Spin Doctors, and a special Fourth of July Fireworks Spectacular with The Beach Boys and John Stamos.
