Foster the People have announced their 2026 “Good Mourning Sunshine” tour, a North American run hitting amphitheaters in the US and Canada this fall.

After a lone festival date at Calgary’s Roundup MusicFest on July 9th, Foster the People’s “Good Mourning Sunshine” tour will officially kick off in Phoenix on September 9th. The band will make their way through cities like Vancouver, Seattle, Kansas City, Milwaukee, Toronto, Boston, New York, Washington D.C., Nashville, Houston, and several more before ending the tour at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles on October 23rd.

Along the way, the band will make a stop at Louisville’s Bourbon & Beyond Festival and perform at major venues like Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado, Forest Hills Stadium in New York, and Moody Amphitheater in Austin, Texas. Goth Babe will provide support for the majority of the tour, with The Beaches set to open for Foster the People at Red Rocks Amphitheatre on September 22nd. Tickets for Foster the People’s 2026 tour will first be available via an artist pre-sale kicking off on Tuesday, May 5th at 10:00 a.m. local time; fans can sign up for pre-sale access to their desired show date(s) over on the band’s official website. A Live Nation pre-sale will follow on Wednesday, May 6th at 10:00 a.m. local time; fans can sign up for Live Nation’s free All Access membership to gain pre-sale access. Citi and Spotify will also be holding pre-sales for the tour. Tickets go on sale for the general public on Friday, May 8th at 10:00 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster.

Foster the People’s last album was 2024’s Paradise State of Mind, which then served as the duo’s first new LP in seven years. This month, the band made their return to Coachella after 12 years.
