Last week, Jessie Ware unveiled her first solo music in three years, “I Could Get Used to This,” saying that it was the first preview of her new album. Now she’s officially announced Superbloom, due out April 10 via Interscope. She worked on it with James Ford, Barney Lister, Karma Kid, Jon Shave, and Stuart Price, and it was mixed by Ben Baptie. She hasn’t revealed the tracklist yet, but you can see the cover art below.
“Since What’s Your Pleasure? I’ve been trying out this fantasy world and escapism,” Ware says. “I’m not the most by-the-book ‘pop star’, but I do like to play with dress-up, glamour, and fun. While I love dance music, I wanted to dig deeper with this record; to connect with real relationships and appreciate the love I have, and the fears I have of losing it.”
