Jimmy Eat World announce ‘Bleed American’ tour with Sunny Day Real Estate, Get Up Kids, Hey Mercedes & more

Jimmy Eat World‘s mainstream breakthrough album Bleed American turns 25 this year, and the band just announced an extensive tour celebrating the anniversary. It kicks off with a Red Rocks show in June, and it surrounds their previously-announced Warped Tour appearances, including the Orlando edition in November which wraps up this Jimmy Eat World trek.

Jimmy Eat World have also lined up an incredible list of support acts, including longtime peers, bands that influenced them, and newer bands that they’ve inspired. That includes veteran emo and post-hardcore bands like Sunny Day Real Estate, The Get Up Kids, Hey Mercedes, Motion City Soundtrack, Girls Against Boys, Minus The Bear, Rise Against, and Sparta, as well as Hot Mulligan, PUP, Mom Jeans, Illuminati Hotties, Jay Som, and Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers. They also have a hometown-area Phoenix show supporting My Chemical Romance.

NYC gets two stops: Brooklyn Paramount on June 16 with The Get Up Kids and Hey Mercedes, and Pier 17 on June 17 with Thrice and Girls Against Boys. Tickets go on various presales Wednesday (2/11) at 10 AM local, and the general public on-sale begins Friday (2/13) at 10 AM local. All dates are listed below.
