Keira Knightley shocked Cher when she recently covered ‘Believe’ with her teeth.
The Pirates Of The Caribbean actress showed off her skills on The Graham Norton Show at the TV host’s request. You can view the moment she performs the chart topping 1998 hit below.
After she finished, Cher said. “She’s hitting the notes! How do you know what you’re …?”
“I don’t know!” Knightley replied. “I learned to do it in school. There was a kid at school who was cool, and he could do it, so we all did it.”
It comes after Knightley previously used her teeth to perform ‘Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head’ on the same show in 2018 and two years later she did a cover of The Beatles‘ ‘Yesterday’ as part of a livestream event to aid the fight against COVID-19.
Elsewhere, the actress recently said she had mixed feelings about her role in the Pirates Of The Caribbean franchise despite it giving her the opportunity to go on to better things.
She told The Times: “It’s a funny thing when you have something that was making and breaking you at the same time. I was seen as shit because of them, and yet because they did so well I was given the opportunity to do the films that I ended up getting Oscar nominations for.
“They were the most successful films I’ll ever be a part of and they were the reason that I was taken down publicly. So they’re a very confused place in my head.”
She will next star in the Netflix spy drama Black Doves which is streaming from this Thursday (December 5).
Cher meanwhile, recently claimed that John Lennon once “stripped naked” and jumped in the Playboy Mansion swimming pool in her memoir, the first part of which was released last month.
She detailed how she met the late Beatle and Harry Nilsson at a Los Angeles restaurant in 1974 and invited them to the infamous mansion. She added: “Sitting them down inside the infamous Grotto – it was like a huge cave that one end of the swimming pool went into – I went to find a drink and when I came back they were standing in the middle of the Grotto naked but still in the water, thank God.
“I was trying not to laugh, but it was impossible not to as they threatened to wander around the mansion naked. It took me ages to get them back in their clothes. It was like herding drunks.”
