Lizzy McAlpine Announces New Album Angel

Lizzy McAlpine has announced Angel, her fourth album and the follow-up to 2024’s Older.

Angel arrives September 18th via RCA Records, and pre-orders are available here. But you don’t have to wait until September to catch a preview; McAlpine will release the lead single, “The light in the painting,” this Thursday, June 23rd.

“I wrote ‘The light in the painting’ about the euphoric beginning of a new connection. It’s the first song I wrote for the album, almost two years ago now, and feels like the perfect introduction to the world we’ve built for Angel,” she said in a statement.
