This year's Airwaves runs from 6-8 November across various venues in downtown Reykjavík. Final tickets will see a price hike this Friday, and the festival has a trip planner to help walk music fans through the flights, transfers, hotels and day trips essential to a long weekend in Reykjavík.
We've also put together our own guides on getting the most from the festival - from the basic rules on surviving Airwaves to a series of side quests for the kind of tourists who don't wanna follow the pack.
