Manchester’s Maruja have shared "Trenches" as the fourth single to be revealed from their forthcoming debut album, Pain to Power.
A call for change, solidarity and love in deeply troubling times, the track underpins Maruja’s belief in the power of music to effect change and directly quotes the revolutionary socialist and activist Fred Hampton “there will be no revolution ‘til the people believe that they are revolutionary”.
The final track to be released ahead of Pain to Power, "Trenches" follows "Saoirse", "Look Down On Us" and "Break the Tension".
