Metal Allegiance Announce January 2026 Concert Featuring Members of Slayer, Alice in Chains, and Mastodon

Metal Allegiance, the all-star supergroup featuring core members David Ellefson (ex-Megadeth), Mike Portnoy (Dream Theater), Alex Skolnick (Testament), and Mark Menghi (King Ultramega), have announced a January 2026 concert featuring a bevy of notable guest performers.

The show is set for the House of Blues in Anaheim, California, on January 22nd, in the midst of the nearby NAMM convention taking place January 20th-24th. A pre-sale begins Wednesday, October 15th, at 10 a.m. PT using code SOLO via Ticketmaster, with a general on-sale starting on Friday, October 17th, at 10 a.m. PT.

The outing will feature the core four members performing metal classics with Chuck Billy (Testament), John Bush (ex-Anthrax, Armored Saint), Doc Coyle (God Forbid), William DuVall (Alice in Chains), Jack Gibson (Exodus), Gary Holt (Slayer, Exodus), Andreas Kisser (Sepultura), and Troy Sanders (Mastodon), as well as opening sets by the bands Chained Saint, Red Reign, and Lost Legacy.
