Harold and Kumar may be making a comeback. The stoner movie franchise, which began in 2004 with the John Cho and Kal Penn-starring Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle, is set to add a fourth installment, with Cobra Kai creators Jon Hurwitz, Hayden Schlossberg and Josh Heald booked to write a new script.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Cho and Penn are expected to return, but their involvement is not confirmed. (Also unknown is the potential involvement of Neil Patrick Harris, who made memorable cameos as “himself” in all three movies.)

Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg wrote the original 2004 movie from which the Harold & Kumar franchise was born, and said in a statement that “We’re fired up to bring Harold and Kumar back in a return to the unapologetically R-rated, smoke-filled chaos that started it all.
