Artists including GRiZ, FISHER, Porter Robinson, Ganja White Night, Sammy Virji, GRYFFIN, Holy Priest, Crankdat, and more have been announced to play North Coast this year.
The summer provides beautiful weather in Chicago, and the Windy City kicks into full celebration mode on Labor Day Weekend. That’s when North Coast Music Festival takes place, with Collectiv Presents bringing dynamic lineups and stunning production to each passing edition. This year will see the festival return to SeatGeek Stadium in Bridgeview, Illinois, on September 4-6 for its latest round of fun in the summer sun—and the initial wave of artists announced to play will certainly turn heads.
Artists sitting atop the lineup for North Coast this year vary in style. On the bass side of the spectrum are major acts like GRiZ, Crankdat, Ganja White Night, and Wooli, while Illenium and Slander will perform a back-to-back set, as will Tape B with an unnamed act. Adding more power into the mix are a range of other artists like Porter Robinson, Sammy Virji, FISHER, and GRYFFIN, along with two hot rising acts, Bunt and Holy Priest.
That’s just the upper part of the list, as there’s so much more depth to explore. Whether you want a dose of techno from acts like Lilly Palmer, Marie Vaunt, and RESTRICTED or house grooves from Tchami, DRAMA, Bolo, and Nostalgix, North Coast has you covered. There’s also some more bass slapped in there for good measure, with acts like ALLEYCVT, Bou, ARMNHMR, Dabin, YDG, and Mary Droppinz showcasing a variety of different styles from melodic to drum and bass and more.
The music is just one aspect of North Coast that makes this festival stand tall in the Midwest. From its community-driven roots as a space for dance music lovers from all walks of life to express themselves to the “more than music” experiences, the festival has solidified its place among the greats. This year will see a hearty helping of activations, such as the Incendia Firepit, NC Yacht Club, Chill Dome, Rainbow Lounge, and more, welcomed back to the festival grounds, so stay tuned for more details.
