Olivia Rodrigo’s Daisy Chain Fields Raises $20 Million and Counting for Women and Girls Charities

Beyond bringing together some of music’s finest female acts for a day of music, Olivia Rodrigo created Daisy Chain Fields to raise money for charities supporting women and girls in the US and around the world. As part of that mission, the Daisy Chain performers waived their fees, allowing 100% of the festival’s $10 million in net proceeds to support its nonprofit partners. Additionally, just before Rodrigo’s headlining set, Melinda French Gates announced that she would match Daisy Chain Fields’ donation with a $10 million commitment of her own, bringing the total raised to $20 million and counting. “Daisy Chain Fields was created to celebrate the power of what can happen when we come together to support one another,” Rodrigo said. “The organizations we’ve partnered with are doing incredibly important work every single day in the US and globally.
