When the Hulu series Paradise premiered in 2025, it wasn’t really possible to talk about a key fact of the premise: That the show took place inside a Colorado bunker designed to resemble small-town America, while a global catastrophe wiped out a vast portion of the world. With the launch of Season 2, though, that secret’s out, though this new trailer teases that there are plenty of additional secrets for ex-Secret Service agent Xavier (Sterling K. Brown) to uncover.
The new trailer also introduces Shailene Woodley as a survivor on the surface who helps Xavier on his quest to locate his wife Teri, while Sinatra (Julianne Nicholson) faces her own consequences back inside Paradise. Additionally, another survivor (Thomas Doherty) is mounting a potential assault on the bunker — though Sinatra may have a plan to handle that.
According to the official description, “Xavier searches for Teri out in the world and learns how people survived the three years since The Day. Back in Paradise, the social fabric frays as the bunker deals with the aftermath of Season 1, and new secrets are uncovered about the city’s origins.”
The cast for Paradise Season 2 also includes Sarah Shahi, Nicole Brydon Bloom, Krys Marshall, Enuka Okuma, Aliyah Mastin, Percy Daggs IV, and Charlie Evans, along with recurring guest stars James Marsden and Jon Beavers.
