Poison The Well & Converge announce tour with Spy, Balmora, & more

Poison The Well and Converge both helped define ’90s and 2000s metalcore, they both have anticipated new albums coming out this year, and now they announced a tour together for this spring. Support at the East Coast/Midwest dates comes from West Coast hardcore punks Spy and Connecticut death-y metalcore crew Balmora, and the West Coast dates are with punk antagonists The Armed and the AWOLNATION-related Barbarians of California.

Things kick off on April 2 in Cleveland, and NYC gets a stop at Queens’ Knockdown Center on April 10. Tickets for that show go on BrooklynVegan presale Wednesday (1/21) at noon using the password POISONBV (which comes up automatically if you use the link in this post). The general public on-sale for the whole tour begins Friday (1/23) at 10 AM local. All dates are listed below.

Poison The Well’s new album Peace In Place comes out March 20 via SharpTone, and you can hear lead single “Thoroughbreds” below and pre-order our exclusive “solid gold” vinyl variant in the BV store.
