On the heels of announcing her new album Sexistential, Robyn stopped by The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Wednesday night to perform its title track.

In a press release about the album, Robyn said “Sexisential” was written in direct response to André 3000 insisting that no one wants to hear him rap about his colonoscopy. “It was my cue,” she explained. “I have to do this, I have to write a rap about IVF.”

Robyn initially returned back in November to offer “Dopamine,” her first new solo track since 2018’s HoneyShe also rang in the New Year with a performance of “Dancing on My Own” in Times Square on CNN, followed by a pair of shows in Brooklyn on New Year’s Eve and January 2nd. She then shared the singles “Sexistential” and “Talk to Me” as part of the album’s announcement on Wednesday, January 7th.

Sexistential is set to arrive on March 27th. We named the project one of the most anticipated albums of 2026.
