NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell does not expect Bad Bunny to make any political statements during his Super Bowl LX halftime performance, explaining that the artist understands this particular platform is meant to “unite people.”

“Listen, Bad Bunny is — and I think that was demonstrated last night [at the Grammys] — one of the great artists in the world, and that’s one of the reasons we chose him,” Goodell told reporters during a Super Bowl press conference on Monday (via CNN).

He continued, “But the other reason is he understood the platform he was on, and that this platform is used to unite people, and to be able to bring people together with their creativity, with their talents, and to be able to use this moment to do that. And I think artists in the past have done that. I think Bad Bunny understands that, and I think he’ll have a great performance.”

At the Grammy Awards on Sunday, February 1st, Bad Bunny spoke out against ICE while accepting his Best Música Urbana Album award, encouraging love over hate.

While it’s unlikely Bad Bunny will make an explicit statement like “ICE Out” at the Big Game, he may find more subtle ways to speak out against the law enforcement agency. It’s also worth noting that Green Day, the opening ceremony performer, are longtime critics of the Trump administration.

For his part, Donald Trump has ripped the booking of both acts, recently telling the New York Post that he was “anti-them” and that the bookings “sow hatred.” He will not be attending the game due to San Francisco being “too far away.”

ICE previously confirmed it would have agents at Levi’s Stadium. However, TMZ reports there is now “no plan”  for the agency to be on the premises for the Super Bowl on Sunday, February 8th.
