The Menzingers have announced a new album, Everything I Ever Saw, arriving July 17th via Epitaph Records. Alongside the announcement, the Pennsylvania punk rockers have shared the lead single, “Chance Encounters,” and an accompanying music video. Stream it below.

Everything I Ever Saw was recorded in Philadelphia with Grammy-winning producer Will Yip at his Memory Music Studios. A longtime collaborator, Yip helped guide a collection of songs shaped by a hard-earned rawness — 20 years in the making — rooted in the personal, shared, and universally understood with a fresh creative energy.

“So much changed in our lives and in the world while we were making this record, and somehow, it all pulled us deeper into the band and deeper into our friendship,” vocalist/guitarist Tom May said in a statement. “There’s a kind of hard-won hope you can only find on the other side of real change. In all the uncertainty of life and the world, it’s easy to go straight to cynical — easy to say fuck it all. With Everything I Ever Saw, we wanted to lean into all of it, head on. The whole damn thing.”

“Chance Encounters” offers a new look at the band’s next chapter. The song’s cadence carries the weight of time that the band has accumulated on their journey; through crashing guitars and guttural vocals, they hoist that weight together and slam it back into the ground. “We were 16 once, we will never be again/ How you listened, oh my god,” The Menzingers sing, “What a spiritual awakening/ How I listened, oh my god/ To the genius you’re self-training/ Maybe things can never be the same and that’s okay.”

Today’s video – directed by Britain Weyant alongside members of the band – follows The Menzingers on a bittersweet, nostalgia-fueled ride in a Volvo 240 wagon, singing, switching off who’s behind the wheel, while shooting familiar streets on a handheld Panasonic camcorder, before unloading their gear and doing what they do best: rocking out together. Watch it below.

The Menzingers have a run of international and North American tour dates lined up for 2026, kicking off with a hometown appearance at Sing Us Home Fest in Philadelphia on May 2nd. From there, the band will hit Mexico, the UK, and mainland Europe. They are also set to play select Vans Warped Tour dates in Washington, DC and Montreal. Get tickets at their website.

Everything I Ever Saw follows 2023’s Some of It Was True and includes the February single “Nobody’s Heroes.” Pre-orders are ongoing.
