Billy Idol has announced a Summer 2026 US tour fresh off the premiere of his documentary on Hulu and his latest Rock & Roll Hall of Fame nomination.
The outing, which like last year is dubbed “It’s a Nice Day To… Tour Again!,” runs from August 7th in Scranton, Pennsylvania, through September 27th in Albuquerque, New Mexico, taking a detour to Las Vegas in late August and early September for Idol’s previously announced five-show “Hot in the City” residency at the Fontainebleau.
A Citi pre-sale starts at noon local time Wednesday, April 8th, followed by an artist pre-sale the same day at 2 p.m. local time using the code TOURAGAIN via Ticketmaster. A public on-sale begins Friday, April 10th, at noon local time.
Last year, Idol’s “It’s a Nice Day To… Tour Again!” featured special guest Joan Jett, but this time around the rock legend is yet to announce any support acts. Consequence caught an August 2025 show at Madison Square Garden, and Idol was as electrifying as ever.
As mentioned, the new Jonas Åkerlund-directed documentary Billy Idol Should Be Dead recently premiered on Hulu, where it’s currently streaming.
In February, Idol was announced as a nominee for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame for the second year i a row. The inductees for the Class of 2026 are expected to be revealed later this month.
Prior to the proper tour, Idol will play a couple of one-off July dates in Minnesota and Illinois. See his full list of 2026 tour dates, as well as a photo gallery from the aforementioned 2025 MSG gig, below.
