Forza Horizon 6’s fan-favourite drum ‘n’ bass Hospital Records soundtrack is getting a vinyl release.

As part of the open-world racing game, Forza Horizon 6 features nine different radio stations for you to listen to. “Music isn’t just at the backdrop of our games; it’s at the forefront,” said developers Playground Games in a blog post. “Forza Horizon has had it all, from global sensations and smash hits to hidden gems and genre-bending beats that have infused our iconic line-up of radio stations, expertly curated for your listening pleasure.”

Eight of those radio stations feature licensed music but Hospital Records has curated a selection of new songs and unreleased remixes for their ‘Hospital Radio’ soundtrack.

The playlist will be available to stream next month but fans can also get their hands on a vinyl edition of Forza Horizon 6’s ‘Hospital Radio’. The 24-tracks will be available via a 3LP gatefold vinyl, which will set you back £26.99. The vinyl will ship next month but is available to pre-order now

“Proudly partnering with the globally acclaimed Forza Horizon gaming series for the fifth time, we’re bringing our D&B A-game once again to the world of racing & gaming with a whopping 24-track soundtrack that’s getting pressed to a pristine 3×12″ triple gatefold vinyl product,” reads the product listing on Hospital Records’ website.

“For both Forza & Hospital fans alike, this is a physical piece of both D&B and gaming history. Not straying from tradition, our in-game Hospital Records radio station is hosted once again by label co-founder Chris Goss, alongside co-driver Dynamite MC making his debut, with featured artists including Metrik, Fred V, S.P.Y, Logistics, P Money x Whiney & more,” they added. “Across 24 tracks, the soundtrack draws from every length and breadth of drum & bass – boasting a number of household names accompanied by newer-school artists.”

Forza Horizon 6 launched earlier this year and become one of the best-reviewed games of 2026 so far

In other news, a number of remixed Mario classic anthems from Mario Kart World’s soundtrack are now available to stream.
