The Grammys may reconsider their new Best Asian Pop award after BTS decided not to submit their music for the 2027 ceremony. It is due to make its debut at next year’s ceremony, but BTS have said they will not be submitting their new album ‘Arirang’ for consideration, or any of their other music, saying that they hoped their work could be “heard and loved for itself, beyond regions or languages”.
