In anticipation of the release of their new album Into Oblivion, due out March 13th, Lamb of God have partnered with over 140 independent record stores for nationwide listening parties.
From March 13th to March 15th, locations in 36 states across the continental United States will offer Lamb of God merch, prizes, and an indie-exclusive limited edition vinyl variant.
Into Oblivion has so far generated three singles: “Sepsis,” “Parasocial Christ,” and the title track. Each has showcased a different side of the band’s sound, from slow, dark and heavy to tight thrash. We previously named “Sepsis” our Heavy Song of the Week upon its release.
Lamb of God will embark on a spring North American tour from March 17th in National Harbor, Maryland, through April 26th in Boston (pick up tickets here). Providing support will be hardcore band Kublai Khan TX, deathcore act Fit for an Autopsy, and death metal outfit Sanguisugabogg.
