Noel and Liam Gallagher will reportedly attend the Venice Film Festival together for the premiere of Oasis‘ Don’t Look Back In Anger documentary. Produced by Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight and directed by Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace (Meet Me In The Bathroom), the film will debut at the Venice Film Festival under the ‘Out of Competition – Non Fiction’ category. In a press conference announcing the lineup, President Alberto Barbera teased that the film would follow “the two brothers who have not spoken to each other for 12 years that dissolved one of the most famous rock bands in England at the time, but after so many years they unexpectedly reconcile and they start rehearsing for the formidable world tour that would follow. “The film follows the rehearsals and the tour and the impact of the tour on the fans of Oasis, who again can find their idols re-proposing the songs they loved so much, years before,” he added.
