Radiohead Signals 2025 Plans with New Business Filing

Radiohead are up to something new, but we don’t know what yet.

On March 10th, the beloved English band’s five members — Colin Greenwood, Jonny Greenwood, Ed O’Brien, Philip Selway, and Thom Yorke — all became partners of a new limited liability partnership (LLP) dubbed, “RHEUK25 LLP,” a move mirroring LLPs the band has made to support various endeavors in the past.

In 2021, Radiohead employed the LLP, “Spin With a Grin”, to help release the Kid A and Amnesiac reissue, Kid A Mnseia. Prior to that, they used LLPs to drop their 2016 album A Moon Shaped Pool, their 2011 album The King of Limbs, 2007’s In Rainbows, and more, including other undertakings, like tours.

So, even if we don’t know what it is, it’s safe to assume that Radiohead is up to something, which is pretty exciting considering the mixed signals the band’s members have given in the past regarding any future activity. Last year, Yorke said he didn’t “really give a flying fuck” if fans want the band to reconvene, and Jonny Greenwood said the band had “no plans” for 2025.

But now, with an LLP name like “RHEUK25,” some fans are guessing that a UK/European tour might be in the works, which would mark Radiohead’s first major outing since 2018. Since then, the band members have kept themselves busy several ventures, with Yorke and Jonny Greenwood releasing music and touring with their new group, The Smile. It is worth noting that Colin Greenwood is currently touring with Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds through August, so any potential Radiohead outing would likely occur later in the year.
