SKRIMOR Drops Long-Awaited Debut EP on EATBRAIN

After a variety of appearances on EATBRAIN, SKRIMOR is releasing his highly anticipated EP, SNAKE BITE, featuring four raw, merciless tracks filled with neurofunk energy.

SKRIMOR is no stranger to EATBRAIN, as the neurofunk phenom has already appeared a few times on the label — but he has graduated from remixes and is ready to make a statement with the bold and expressive EP, SNAKE BITE. The ruthless synths and the ever-evolving neurofunk sound really showcase where SKRIMOR’s music currently sits today. Each track is authentically him, full of heavy beats, meticulous design, and intense neurofunk energy.

SKRIMOR’s project is full of venomous songs with thick basslines and growling synths. The title track is an energy builder of an opener, while “Banana Shoes” is a quirkier, bouncy track that’s still heavy and dark. While SNAKE BITE is a solo showcase, “Call the DJ” is a collaborative effort with the duo Gydra, blending their snarling snares with SKRIMOR’s meaty basslines for a massive impact. Finally, the technically precise “Jungle Run” is exactly as its name suggests: a fast-paced roller full of distorted percussion.

SNAKE BITE is a debut EP that was definitely worth the wait. SKRIMOR took his time and crafted four tracks with dark, lethal neurofunk soundscapes, laced with the right amount of groove to entice bass heads of all kinds. His signature style of chunky basslines and tight production shines through, making this EP the perfect introduction to the onslaught he brings to speakers.

SNAKE BITE is available exclusively for streaming on Spotify and for purchase on Beatport. It will be available on all other platforms on March 20. Follow SKRIMOR on his socials to see what new stuff he comes up with next.
