Stanley Simmons, Sons of KISS’ Paul Stanley & Gene Simmons, Announce First-Ever Live Shows

Stanley Simmons, the band made up of Evan Stanley and Nick Simmons (sons of Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons of KISS), have announced their first-ever live shows.

The brief outing kicks off May 4th at the House of Blues Voodoo Room in San Diego, and wraps up May 13th in Ventura, California. All told, the duo has four California dates on the books.

Tickets to the May 6th Santa Ana show are available via Ticketmaster, while other dates can be purchased at this location.

Stanley Simmons recently released a new single titled “Dancing While the World Is Ending.” It showcases an upbeat rock mood, fun and jovial, which juxtaposes against the layered psychedelia of their debut single, “Body Down.”

Paul Stanley recently commented on his son’s new band, telling WCSX, “It’s amazing that totally organically, Evan, my son and Nick, Gene’s son, about a year ago started making music together. They’ve known each other their whole lives, but this bond they’ve had with music and this album they’ve done is crazy good. I heard it and I just went ‘wow, this is nuts.’ And it’s nothing like KISS, but it’s so smart and the writing is great.”

Stanley Simmons are working on an as-yet-untitled debut studio album. In the meantime, watch the video for “Dancing While the World Is Ending,” and see their tour dates, below.
