After a surprise show, Californian rock chameleon Ty Segall performed at End of the Road’s headline stage at sundown to commence the Friday night of the festival’s 20th anniversary edition.
The performance follows the release of his seventeenth studio album, Chrome, which dropped last Friday alongside a limited companion EP titled Love Fuzz. The festival regular’s titanic setlist encompassed fan favourites to frenetic newfound anthems. It followed his surprise performance at the Garden Stage earlier in the day to celebrate the End of the Road’s landmark anniversary.
End of the Road continues tonight with a headline performance from Mac DeMarco on the Woods Stage, and secret shows yet to be revealed at The Folly.
