Riot Fest has revealed the stage times for its 2026 edition, including the prospect of Morrissey effectively opening for Tool – see it all below. The festival is returning to Douglass Park in Chicago next month, running from Friday September 18 to Sunday September 20, with Twenty One Pilots, Pierce The Veil, Alanis Morissette, Nas and Pixies among the big names at the top of the bill. On Thursday, the festival shared the full timetable for its five main stages, revealing that Morrissey’s slot on the Roots Stage on the Saturday will end just minutes before Tool take to the Riot Stage to round out the day’s action. Twenty One Pilots top the Riot Stage bill on Friday, after The All-American Rejects, with Rise Against, Iggy Pop and Gwar headlining the other stages, and Alkaline, Santigold, Sex Pistols featuring Frank Carter and Tricky also playing. Saturday also sees Bad Religion, Nas and Afroman are also topping their respective stages on the Saturday, while Twin Peaks, Elvis Costello and The Imposters and Insane Clown Posse do the same on Sunday.
