"Let's Do It Again" follows previous singles "Opening Night" by Arctic Monkeys and "Flags" by Damon Albarn, Grian Chatten, and Kae Tempest, as the latest preview of the new compilation. It was recorded at Angel Studios, with James Ford and Animesh Ravel on production for the track, which follows the band's signature theatrical pop style.

Discussing their involvement in the project, The Last Dinner Party say: “It’s such an honour to be included on this record for a cause that is so close to our hearts. The song is about the endless carousel of being in a relationship you know you shouldn’t be in, but giving in to the inexorable tug of returning every time you leave. We’d like to say a huge thank you to War Child for asking us to be a part of the project and to James Ford for producing us, it was such a joy to work with him again!”

The HELP(2) album is a collaborative release inspired by the 1995 landmark release HELP, which was made to engage audiences in the work that War Child does to deliver immediate aid, education, specialist mental health support, and protection to children affected by conflict around the world.

HELP(2) features contributions from Arctic Monkeys, Anna Calvi, Arlo Parks, Arooj Aftab, Bat For Lashes, Beabadoobee, Beck, Beth Gibbons, Big Thief, Black Country, New Road, Cameron Winter, Damon Albarn, Depeche Mode, Dove Ellis, Ellie Rowsell, English Teacher, Ezra Collective, Foals, Fontaines D.C., Graham Coxon, Greentea Peng, Grian Chatten, Kae Tempest, King Krule, Nilüfer Yanya, Olivia Rodrigo, Pulp, Sampha, The Last Dinner Party, Wet Leg and Young Fathers.
