Yaya Bey and NESTA team up on new single, "Egyptian Musk"

"Egyptian Musk" follows lead single "Blue", adding a more reggae-inspired sound to Fidelity, which sees Bey navigate grief for her father, Juice Crew MC Grand Daddy I.U, while also addressing the nature of Black artists being disposed of within the music industry.

Discussing the creative process behind the song, Bey explains: “I ran into NESTA at an event the night before and invited him to a session. We had this really dreamy reggae track that sounds like something old with a fresh spin. I named it ‘Egyptian Musk’”.
